Three ways to start.
Every engagement has a named team and an agreed measure of success before work begins.

Your first agent, working in about 30 days.
No big IT project. Your team keeps the software it already uses.
We spend time with your team and pick the work where an agent will pay off fastest.
From you: a few short interviewsWe connect the agent to your systems and set the approval rules with you.
From you: system access and a short security reviewThe agent suggests and your team approves everything until it has earned their trust.
From you: one-tap approvalsWe keep watch and add agents when you're ready.
From you: a quick check-in now and thenThe agent-ready company, in five layers.

Unusual cases always go to a real person.
What leaders ask us first.
What exactly is an AI agent?
Think of it as a digital team member with one job. It reads requests, looks things up in your systems and takes care of the routine cases. When something is unusual, it asks a person.
Will this replace my staff?
Agents take repetitive work off your team, so the same people can handle more growth without burning out.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope. After a short assessment, we give you a clear quote before any build starts, and the assessment fee is credited in full if you build.
Do you help smaller teams?
Yes. AI setup takes about a week, with optional monthly office hours.
How do we know it will pay off?
We pick the first agent by expected return, and agree how we'll measure it before work starts. If the practice run doesn't show results, we stop there.
How much of our IT team's time will this take?
Very little. We need access to the systems involved and a short security review. We handle the setup, connections and upkeep.
Will my team actually use it?
Agents work inside the tools your team already uses, and approvals take one tap. We train each team during the practice run and adjust based on their feedback.
Is our data secure?
Agents reach only the systems their job needs, every action is logged and your data is not used to train AI models.
